Learning Trends SIG: Translating Trends into Practice
For our final SIG meeting of 2016, we will do a brief recap of the learning trends we discussed this year, including corporate MOOC’s, infographics, microlearning, and brain-based learning. We will then do a structured brainstorming exercise where you will get to decide on which of these or other learning trends you’d like to try and apply back at work. We will get out of our familiar, “go to” ways of working, have some fun, and discuss how to adapt or redesign our learning programs to meet the needs of the modern learner. Come with your sleeves rolled up -- we will get your creative juices flowing!
