Practice Makes Proficient: Why getting back to basics is the future of e-learning
We generally do a great job of introducing adult learners to our material. From books, to videos, to lectures, we help support strong first steps towards developing new skills. But what to do next? How do we ensure that they apply and benefit from this learning in their daily lives?
In this session we will discuss why practice is so important to skills mastery and behavior change. We will review the key stumbling blocks and remedies to instituting practice in the workplace. We will also introduce a new experiential learning platform, Talented, that makes integrating practice into the lives of learners fun, convenient and effective.
After the presentation you will get a chance to experience Talented in action on your own laptop or mobile device.
