This session is designed to show you ways that can help you build a high performing team using proven tools and methodology. We will apply an understanding of the science of human drives, needs and behaviors, and ultimately tie them to team performance. This session will also reveal the analytics behind performance, and its predictive qualities that can shape how we recruit, develop, and support growth of the right people for our organizations. The session will be highly interactive, engaging participants in a discussion that will leave them with tips and tools to build their teams. Each participant can also complete a Predictive Index assessment prior to the meeting and will get their results.
