About The Presenters

Carol Gravel has over 18 years of experience in HR and L&D from defining organizational models to implementing innovative L&D solutions. During her career, she has held global leadership roles in corporate, collegiate and consulting organizations focused on L&D, Strategic HR, and IT.

Jeff Fissel, gomo Video Product Owner, is a pioneer in the video learning space. With roots in using video for eLearning as an entrepreneurial college student to now heading up the integration of what was KZO Innovations' video technology into the gomo learning authoring tool, Jeff has served as an advisor on video to some of the world's top companies and has shared his thought leadership at conferences, web events, and publications with the industries top outlets.

Dawn Baron, gomo video Product Manager, has been working in the corporate learning space since 2001. Her career in the industry began as the VP of Marketing for the Association for Talent Development in Alexandria, VA. Since then, Dawn has started her own consultancy working with leaders in the space and advising learning technology companies. Currently, Dawn serves as gomo Video's product manager and remains a consultant for ATD.
