It's never been easier to talk to anyone, anywhere in the world today, even though traveling has practically come to a standstill. It's also highly more likely that companies may want to experiment with leveraging the international employment pool to have 24/7 remote production. So, how does the company export its culture to remote members. How does T&D know which cultural lines need to be changed and which ones are sacred? In this session, we'll take you on an international journey to help you start developing a global mindset.
Your organization has been multi-cultural for a while now, we just may not realize it as in depth as we need to. There is a big difference between knowing the difference between ethnic culture and business culture. Whether your cultural quilt is all home grown, it has been cross pollinated from M&A, or expanded by entering new markets, it's critical to export your business culture while promoting and celebrating international customs and practices.
In this session Jerel Bonner, a TEDx speaker and international coach with 14 years of T&D experience in China, will introduce you to:
- Mixed cultures in RTP
- Fundamental building blocks of culture
- Combining Cultures
