Human Perforance Improvement SIG

The HPI SIG explores the field of Human Performance Improvement. The group discusses data gathering, analysis, change management and performance improvement.  These discussions enhance or build confidence in these areas for our members who are working to maximize their positive impact on the organization. The ASTD CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) Certification is a well-rounded confirmation of skill and knowledge and includes an expectation of expertise in this area.  Members who are considering, preparing for or re-certifying for the achievement of this incomparable professional validation will find value in these exchanges.
