Join us as we discuss with Erin Carson (Sr. Manager Young Members Initiatives of AICPA) how leadership development is evolving within the accounting profession. We’ll have a lively discussion about how similar and different our own experiences are.

As organizations continue to evolve more rapidly than ever before, leadership development will also need to evolve to meet organizational future needs. According to Gallup research, “The quality of managers and team leaders is the single biggest factor in your organization’s long-term success”. However, it can be daunting to know where to start to develop future leaders to operate within a volatile and uncertain environment.

Erin will share her experiences in shaping leadership development efforts for emerging leaders within the ever changing and dynamic accounting profession.
