One of the trends resulting from the events of the past year was an increased awareness of our Well-being and Safety. Hyatt Hotels like so many businesses had to put extra emphasis on these areas due to the pandemic. In a company filled with managers certified in ServSafe Food Safety and employs many positions devoted to cleaning, how did this past year elevate their focus?
