Barry Borgerson, Mira Brancu, and Meredith Manz, co-leaders of our new culture-change SIG, will lead interactions with members to dive in to the difficulties of culture change and eliciting insights into improving the process. 

If your interest is in designing a specific culture, such as DEI, we will discuss culture-change processes that will provide the mechanism to achieve that. However, the main focuses is the culture-change process to meet escalating needs due to common disruptions in organization environments.
