Description

We received valuable input from participants at our first Culture-Change SIG meeting and at the ATD chapter meeting last month that has helped us start shaping what our SIG will look like.

Since our overarching goal is to establish a center of excellence for culture change, we’re going to explore how far the field has come, where we are, and where we need to go from here.

For this meeting, please think about and be ready to share a successful culture-change initiative you were involved with and why you think it worked:

At this meeting, we’ll:

• Have breakout sessions to share our experiences
• Explore and identify common themes
• Consider how to apply those themes to develop a “culture-change brain trust” that will benefit us all
