Our Mission:Engage the talent development community to connect locally and evolve professionally. |
In 2023, the LTI SIG is highlighting AI-enabled technologies and workforce transformation. In April, we learned how to use AI-enabled coaching to provide personalized leadership development at scale and provide managers with powerful insights. Next, Lora Gibbs shared practical lessons on incorporating AI and operationalizing the process for localizing training content. The recording for this session is available to members here: https://tdrta.org/members-only/. In June, we heard from Chad Udell, author of Shock of the New: The Challenge and Promise of Emerging Technology. Chad talked about advanced AI content creation tools coming to market and how to use them with learning experience platforms. We extended our frame of reference on what we use to curate and create content and how we trust AIs to help create that new content. (This recording is also available from the members page.) Later this year, we look forward to hearing from Josh Cavalier on GenAI Secrets, Linda Sheppard on Using AI Text to Speech for E-Learning Audio, Luke Hobson on Using AI to Design Learning Experiences for All, and Adri Maisonet-Morales, VP of Learning Design and Delivery at Blue Cross NC, on digital transformation. We meet online at 6 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of most months.
