Networking is an essential part of professional growth, and the ATD RTA chapter wants to ensure you have opportunities to connect with other people who are passionate about Talent Development! Our Social Learning on Draft events generally occur each month, and the location rotates to help accommodate our whole footprint!
The evening will often focus on free-form mingling. Some events may also include facilitated icebreakers, introductions, and round table discussions centered around pre-selected topics that are meaningful to L&D professionals. It's a great opportunity to share your experience or ask for help with a current challenge!
Most venues will have food and drinks available for purchase. You're encourages to grab a beverage, snack or meal if you like to help support our venue hosts. Social Learning on Draft events are open to non-members, so please feel free to come check us out and bring a friend. Everyone is asked to sign in and provide contact information so all attendees can receive information after the event, continue conversations and grow connections!
