Our chapter's no-show policy applies to in-person, chapter events, and is not applicable for virtual meetings. See details below.
ATD RTA has reinstated our $25 no-show policy for in-person event registrations if not canceled 72 hours before the event begins. The no-show fee covers the costs for food, the venue and the speaker should registrants not attend.
For any hybrid events (in-person and virtual options) there will be no fee for changing between the registration types, however we do request that this occur as soon as you become aware you will be unable to attend in-person, and need to switch to virtual attendance.
As of July 2022, the no-show fee will not apply for SIGs, Lunch & Learns, Social Learning on Draft, Coffee Chats and Virtual-Only Monthly meetings.
For any future workshops, a full refund will be applied if canceled 7+ days prior to the start of the event, otherwise no refund will be offered.
