Last year Global Knowledge made a big pivot: They switched their virtual classroom platform from one of the giants of the industry- Adobe Connect- to an industry disruptor- Zoom Meetings.

With Adobe Connect they had a fully automated, technical ecosystem to support 150+ virtual classes each week, yet they decided to rebuild that automation from the ground up with a new meetings partner.
