Creating a Training Transfer Toolkit: How to Make Training Transfer from the Classroom to the Floor

How can we optimize the potential for the training we deliver to be used and applied outside the classroom? Come with a few ideas and leave with a ton of ideas for supporting the application of knowledge, skills, and abilities back on the job. We'll discuss what to add to the toolkit for learners AND managers. Brainstorm ideas for who else do we need to consider? Come for fun, ideas, and discussion and walk away with your own Training Transfer Starter Kit!
