With an increased focus on the importance of developing talent, what new opportunities exist for those of us in the talent business and how will we leverage this current time to take action? It’s human nature to resist change, but the world has currently had to embrace big changes; let’s use this time as an opportunity to plan on how to move our field forward. This will be a highly interactive session where we will answer some tough questions to discover new opportunities for meaningful advances to our field.

Be prepared to be guided through a fusion of a systems thinking model and principles of design thinking to innovatively brainstorm solutions.
