One of the most important and least discussed aspects of instructional design is time management and how to strategically tackle the slippage of deliverables. Without effective tools and techniques to manage our time, instructional designers can find themselves constantly having to play catch up. This can lead to disconnection from the client and even worse loss of confidence.
