2020 and 2021 have brought a laser focus on the need for resilience, engagement and diversity in our field. Join ATD RTA Chapter as we leverage the learnings of our member-base during an engaging round table discussion that includes best practices, tools, resources, and an opportunity to influence future programming for our chapter. 

As a result of this session, you will:

• learn how others are adapting in this dynamic environment 
• access tools and resources to support your expertise within this space 
• influence ATD RTA's future programming efforts
