Join the Training 101 SIG to learn what it really takes to manage a successful implementation project from Adam Surgan, Project Manager at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA).

Learning delivery, content, and course delivery software form the backbone of the learning organization. At best, the end user does not even know they exist. At worst they a source of frustration that impacts the end user experience and the effectiveness of those tasked with creating and delivering memorable and impactful learning. The evaluation and selection of the systems to best fit both the end and front user needs is critical to the successful creation and delivery of quality learning experience.

This session will focus on the process of identifying and selecting the right solutions for your organization's needs. Areas of emphasis will include:
