Classroom training alone is no longer sufficient to meet diverse corporate training needs and with hybrid work becoming the norm, online blended learning is the best way to offer holistic training programs. The various formats that can be used in a blend – eLearning, microlearning, VILTs – offer self-paced learning, human interaction without the logistics of the classroom, and more.
