Are you developing leadership capabilities? Join us January 19th to discuss what you need to know to pursue your own development as a leader as well as support others.

The focus of this session is on what you need to know to pursue your own development as a leader as well as to support the leadership development of others, regardless of whether you are currently in a leadership role.

We will complete the following during our session:

• Briefly explore a framework for examining a coherent system for leader development using an architectural metaphor.
• Identify areas where there is interest in taking a deeper dive and share experiences and ideas.

This session will be interactive, be prepared to engage with your session colleagues.

Prior to the event: Think about positive and negative experiences that you have had in terms of your past or current efforts to develop your leadership capabilities.
