Description:
The great resignation has had an undeniable effect on the talent development and talent management ecosystem over the last year and according to the data, it's going to get worse before it gets better. We'll take you through the actual data supporting what's happened, share insights on the forces that are driving the great resignation, and cover strategies that you can deploy in your own talent development environments to mitigate some of the forces at play. We'll be sharing real data from companies and research findings from analyses conducted by our team at Rhabit that cover everything from market externalities to individual behaviors. The goal of this session is to make you scientifically smarter in your understanding of the drivers of talent ecosystem change in order to improve your capabilities as a current or rising talent executive. Objective 1: Identify and understand causal drivers of the great resignation. Objective 2: Understand what evidence exists for the strategic approaches to driving employee retention. Objective 3: Gain knowledge of practical tools and solutions that can be applied in your company.
