Heidi Lappe is a Senior Global Sales Training Leader at Align Technology with sixteen years of building effective digital learning strategies for a global sales audience. She holds a B.S in Physical Education and a M.S degree in Instructional Design and Technology from East Carolina University. She serves as a co-leader for the eLearning Special Interest Group for ATD RTA.
