A Different Kind of Leader for Very Different Times

Description

What has become increasingly clear is that leaders must leap forward a generation in how they lead. Leadership models that worked in the past no longer cut it. Today, we will explore a new leadership model that just might be an answer to thrive and achieve success in today’s VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world.

Bob Stapleton, who leads the Leadership SIG for our partner, TODN, will conduct this session to explore and interact with us on his insights into Bob Johansen’s writings on the required skills, literacies, and mindset leaders must possess to succeed in a chaotic, uncertain world. In this meeting, we will explore Johansen’s work through the lens of culture change.

Please note that our Culture-Change SIG meeting this month will occur on Tuesday, June 21, 5:30-7 rather than our normal second Thursday of the month. We look forward to interacting with you then.
