Description
During this session, we will focus on learning behaviors that support the human experience and employee engagement in both hybrid and distributed teams.
As organizations transition to a hybrid model of working, Learning & Development teams need to support new behaviors to preserve culture, foster community across geographical boundaries, and prevent productivity breakdowns. In this session we will discuss the Law of Proximity and barriers that can occur when leaders slip back to in office behaviors. Conversations will focus on the remote first best practices that support the human experience and employee engagement in both hybrid and distributed teams.
