The Future Ready Now! conference offers presentations having a local yet global perspective. Create a personalized learning experience by selecting sessions from any of our three tracks: Personal, Professional, and Organizational.

Each session focuses on giving you the information needed to be ready for the future of learning/talent development.

The Personal track is for those who want to enhance their knowledge to improve their marketability.
The Professional track is for people who’d like to take the next step in their career.
The Organizational track appeals to individuals looking to increase the value they bring to their organization.

And that’s not all! Network in-person with T&D/L&D professionals from around North Carolina and other locales, as well as visit Exhibitors who are directly connected with T&D/L&D.
