Description

After a summer break from our Culture Change SIG activities, we are ready to get rolling again. This month I will be joined by a fellow ATD-RTA member, Eric Blumenthal.

We will facilitate interactions on the fundamental distinction between management and leadership and explore how that distinction relates to the hard/soft success-factors distinction. We will then discuss how those distinctions relate to culture change. We look forward to seeing you again and having a lively, empowering exchanges.
