Escalating disruptions in organizational environments create increasing needs for more frequent and systematic culture changes. We are nearing a year into having a culture change SIG for the benefit of ATD-RTA members. Most of our sessions have been well attended with participants engaging actively.

This month, we invite you to attend to add your voice to where you would like this SIG to go. Additional agenda items, other speakers, different day/time/duration, broadening charter, hybrid meetings? What would benefit you the most? We look forward to having a robust discussion.
