Description:

At the Carolina Regional Conference in December of 2022, learning professionals and members of North Carolina ATD chapters learned that the current way that employees learn is changing rapidly.  Learning professionals must understand how to effectively incorporate artificial intelligence strategies into the learning process.

This month the ATD Research Triangle Area chapter and NC State University Master of Education in Training and Development program offers a Learning and Development Career Development panel of professionals who will share how and why they were attracted to learning and development as facilitators, instructional designers, and managers. Whether you are a student, new career professional, or seasoned professional, you don’t want to miss this program!

Come learn how to join the learning and development career or enhance your career! This event consists of a panel of five learning and development professionals sharing their insights on how to start a career in Learning and Development (L&D) or enhance your career in L&D. This program is open to anyone interested in learning more about a career in Learning and Development (L&D) or enhancing your career in L&D!

Access the event slide deck.
