Description

The first meeting of our joint ATD-RTA, TODN Adaptive-Culture SIG was well attended and produced excellent interactions. We also received very positive feedback about the extended breakout session we had that allowed adequate time to dig deeply into the topic. Thanks to all of you who participated. We look forward to seeing you again at our next virtual meeting on Thursday, March 9, from 5:30 to 7 along with many other members who couldn’t make the first one. Our first breakout session will be a long one. Participants will focus on the question, “What does adaptive culture mean to you and how does your organization meet those criteria?” The second breakout session will be shorter and will address the question, “What would you like to have covered in future sessions?”
