Joe is the Co-founder and former CEO of Cultivate, an AI-enabled Intelligent Coaching platform. He has spent his career in product management and product development, and developed Cultivate Intelligent Coaching to simplify the process of transforming managers into leaders. Cultivate was acquired by Perceptyx in 2021 and he now serves as the VP of Product. Joe received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and his undergrad from Penn State University. He currently lives in San Francisco.
