AI-enabled coaching for managers

Personal: Lifelong Learning

Professional: Evaluating Impact

Organizational: Organization Development & Culture, Talent Strategy & Management

Managers are the critical link to improving employee performance, retention, and overall experience, but the pressures of the new world of work have stretched them thinner than ever before. Giving managers the support they need to develop into better leaders, help their people, and drive business outcomes has never been more critical. However, improving leadership development across an entire organization is too costly and not personalized to the needs of the manager. Using AI to analyze multiple listening signals, Cultivate: Intelligent Coaching creates a hyper-personalized development program for every manager across your organization, helping you to turn every manager into a transformational leader. In this presentation, we will discuss the challenges of leadership development at scale, offer solutions, and demonstrate the use of Intelligent Coaching.
