Madison Miller is the Senior Instructional Designer at eParamus, a company which helps organizations of all types and sizes optimize and verify the impact of their training programs. She enjoys working closely with clients to empower them with the knowledge and skills to create engaging and measurable training programs. She is passionate about fostering psychological safety in the workplace and creating equal opportunities for professional growth and development for all employees within an organization. Madison completed her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Meredith College and her B.A degree in Psychology from University of North Carolina Wilmington.
