What’s in your Leadership Development Wallet?

Training budgets are not increasing, yet the demand to maximize their effectiveness is rising. At the same time, many contributors find themselves in informal leadership roles without receiving proper leadership training. This session will include training examples and resource tips, fostering a dynamic discussion on how to create or curate leadership development opportunities for informal leaders without exceeding the budget. Join us for an engaging session to gain valuable insights for your own career growth, as well as strategies to enhance your leadership development program, which will include:

  • How to purposefully leverage peer learning and mentorship
  • How to create opportunities for employees to practice leadership
  • How to tap into budget friendly leadership development resources
